FAQ
Will there be any service charge?
No. However iadoreilike charge a handling fee of $1.50/item. In total you will only be paying for the cost of items, shipping charges, postage charges and handling fee.

Why service charge are not incurred?
We hope our service to be acknowledge by shoppers before imposing any service charge.

what is handling fee?
Fees for sorting out customer's items for mailing and iadoreilike is charging as low as $1.50/item

Is there a minimum amount of orders?
No! iadoreilike encourage as many shoppers as possible to join our open spree to hit the capped amount and order could also be made faster

Do i have to reach the capped amount before orders could be proceed?
Yes in order to maximise shopper's saving .

What is capped amount?
An amount set by iadoreilike for all shopper's combine purchase amount to be hit before orders could be made
Example: capped amount = USD$200
shopper A buy USD$100 item
shopper B buy USD$20 item
shopper C buy USD$80 item
Total purchase of shopper = USD$200 (hit capped amount)

Why is shipping based on item's price and not weight?
This is to be fair to all shoppers
example: A shopper bought a blouse for USD$75, he/she would have taken up 50% of capped limit USD$150 . As a result fewer people could join to split the shipping cost. Thus shipping cost is based on item's price.

Why is registered mail more expensive?
Registered fee is incurred by Singapore post office which allows lost package to be traceable. This will ensure the risk of lost package. i adore i like strongly recommend shoppers to choose registered mail.

GST ?
GST will only be applicable if orders is above SGD$400 which include shipping charges and sales tax.

Assurance of purchsing with iadoreilike?
Payment is made to POSB savings account . If iadoreilike is set up to cheat shoppers. Personal details could be traceable from POSB bank if reported.
